If all applicable duties are paid by the recipient, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. If the duties are not paid by the recipient, the deposit may be used to cover any import duties or fees later charged to the sender by the carrier. To receive a refund, please send us proof of payment: a screenshot of the payment or a payment receipt clearly showing the amount and purpose of the payment.
