Shipping and delivery times

As all our items are handmade please allow in average 1-4 weeks for producing. The production time of a specific order depends on its size and the current workshop load.

After the item will be made the delivery time in Spanish territory and Balearic Islands is 2-5 business days.

We can ship worldwide. If you are interested, please select the international postage option and check out. Please note when ordering from outside of the Spain you may incur an import tax duty when the parcel enters your country. You will be liable to cover this cost.

For international shipments, the delivery time is approx 5-7 days for countries belonging to the European Community and 10 to 15 days for non-EU countries such as the United States, Canada or South America.

If your country is not listed in the table, please contact us to determine the shipping cost. We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

Returns

– In the case of incorrectly delivered items, items must be in as new and unused condition when returned to us. If you have received the incorrect goods please contacts us immediately. As soon as we receive the incorrect goods back we will arrange delivery of the correct goods and refund the postage costs incurred.

– If you would like to return the item you don’t like, you have 14 calendar days to make the change or return of it. In both cases the cost of reshipment is borne by the buyer. The refund of the product amount will not be made until the product is received in our delegation. Once you are back and in good condition (it must be returned to us unused, without any damage to the product itself or labeling), available for new sale and in its original packaging, you will proceed to return the purchase or exchange the product. Please note that products made to order or personalized are non-refundable (a Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo (artículo 103) que modifica la LOCM art. 45 el Derecho de Desistimiento y Devolución del Consumidor). All our items we make to order according to customer specification except when clearly stated otherwise (for example, ready-made samples that we used for photo shoots and now sell at a discount).

– If the product is defective by the material, the buyer will have a period of 1 calendar month to inform us of the defect and proceed to change the product. The shipping costs of the defective product as well as the shipping cost of the new product purchased will be borne by Lazypony. After this calendar month to claim defects in materials and products, Lazypony is not responsible for the product. If this is your case, contact us to see how we can solve it if there is a solution.

– Lazypony is not responsible for fabric breakage or any damage caused by the pet\horse\human or misuse of the product. For this we provide some tips on how to take good care of your product so that it lasts a long time and your pet always goes like the first day.

– Please be careful in measurements. Any mistakes when measuring are not the responsibility of Lazypony and not a reason for returns or exchange the product. Please see our measuring guide for details on how to measure your new item. If you need any more help please contact us.
